About this villa rental
Villa Daphne is the larger-type villa within the Komşu Evler residential complex and was prepared with great care as a family home rather than a standard rental. The villa reflects a long tradition of hospitality, inspired by our grandmother, who believed in welcoming guests with warmth, generosity, and attention to detail.
The home features two fully equipped, air-conditioned bedrooms with wardrobes. The master bedroom offers beautiful views over the Aegean Sea, rooftops, and surrounding hills, while the second bedroom includes two comfortable beds and a calm, functional layout. A convertible crib/play park (3-in-1) is available for non-walking infants.
The open-plan living room includes a smart TV, comfortable seating, and a sofa that can
accommodate an additional guest if needed. Both the living area and kitchen are air
conditioned. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped for real cooking, with cookware,
tableware, drinkware, baby meal chair, moka pot, French press, Turkish teapot, Nespresson, oven, dishwasher, microwave, hand blender, and kettle.
An air-conditioned office area with a dedicated work desk fast Wi-Fi and a sofa for work meetings makes the villa suitable for remote work or longer stays. Sofa can also be used as a bed for extra guests.
The spa-style bathroom features a rain shower, quality toiletries, soft towels, and a hair dryer. A separate laundry area includes a washing machine, detergents, drying rack, and courtyard drying space; clothes typically dry within 30 minutes in Bodrum’s climate.
Outdoors, the villa offers multiple private spaces:
• A flower-lined lawn garden
• A half-shaded and open courtyard designed for privacy, including discreet sunbathing (especially appreciated by guests)
• A terrace with seating, lighting, BBQ, and open views of Bodrum
As part of the residential complex, guests also enjoy access to a shared saltwater pool with a children’s pool, poolside bar, animation area, free sunbeds, umbrellas, showers, and toilets.
