This tri-level home has a spacious living room w/fireplace, formal dining room & kitchen w/breakfast area. 2 beds/1 bath downstairs & 1 bed/1 bath upstairs. The chic design boasts seamless indoor/outdoor living. Every space and amenity is thoughtful & designed to give guests a resort-like experience. Air B&B`s Top Amenities Offered: Parking Space, Pool/Spa, Firepit & BBQ.

This is a tastefully updated split-level home with alot of amenities. The living room has an abundance of natural light and city views. The large sectional provides a comfotable place for guests to gather and relax. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, breakfast

The home is located on a cul de sac street in the trendy eagle rock neighborhood. The neighborhood has been described as trendy, eclectic, and cool. What`s nice about this particular location is that you are a quick 10 min drive from both Eagle Rock and Highland Park shops, cafes, and restaurants.

We have 2 Reserved Spots for our guests one in the garage and one directly in front of the garage. Getting around is easy here because it is close to the juncture of the main freeways to get you in and around Los Angeles. There is also a train station you can take throughout L.A.

Pool Heating: Not Available

Guests will be charged if the pool log shows to be heated without approval from hosts.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICIES
*Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of the booking and additional fines.

NO PARTIES OR NUISANCES
We have a very strict no-party or nuisance policy in place. Immediate action will be taken if a nuisance or party is reported.

BOOKED GUESTS ONLY
All guests who occupy the property must be included in the reservation. This is a must for insurance coverage. Noncompliant guests will be charged a minimum of $500.

NO SMOKING
Charges for smoke remediation & additional cleaning range from $300-$1500. Noncompliant guests will be charged a minimum of $300.

PROPERTY DAMAGE
Our team understands that accidents happen. If damage occurs during your stay please let us know immediately with a photo and description of the incident. Our team conducts a property inspection after every booking to ensure we document any new damages for Airbnb insurance.

MOVING FURNITURE & OTHER ITEMS
Please refrain from moving furniture, decor, and other items from the location you found them. We will have a guide for our guests on where to find things around the home and labels so it is easy to return items to where you found them.

NO GUEST MAIL
Guests are not allowed to use the house address to receive mail or packages without prior approval from the host.

NO POOL HEATING
Pool heating option is not available to any reservations made after 4/13/23
Spa heating is available year-round. Instructions will be sent to guests 2 Days prior to their arrival.

POOL EQUIPMENT
Guests are not allowed to touch any of the pool or spa mechanical equipment. The systems are managed remotely and by the pool technician once a week. Guests who do not comply may be subject to fees for damages or services.



Safety Reminders

Guests with children and pets are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children and pets at ALL TIMES. The owners are not liable for any incidents or accidents on the property during your stay. Please review the safety reminders below and reach out to us with any questions you have before confirming your stay.

- Steep stairs in the front and backyard (some without handrails)
The pool and spa do NOT have a safety gate surrounding them. No lifeguard on duty!
-There are stairs made of concrete in the home that can be slippery at times.
- The laundry entry door is very small and has very little clearance (watch your head)
