Two newly built, three-storey residences on a private 2-acre estate in Kalamaki, Chania (≈15 mins to Old Town). Up to 20 guests across 10 bedrooms / 8 bathrooms, with 2 heated pools, 2 saunas, 2 jacuzzis and 2 fully equipped gyms. Large lawns, sea-view terraces and a BBQ pavilion; designed with wind-protected nooks so outdoor time stays comfy on breezy days
The Space:
Bright, modern interiors are set up for easy group living: 4 living areas and 2 fully equipped kitchens open to terraces and gardens via floor-to-ceiling glass.
Outdoors: Two private heated freshwater pools with loungers, pergola-shaded dining and a 30 m² BBQ pavilion (gas grill). ~600 m² lawn, Mediterranean landscaping, children’s playground, multiple sea-view terraces and sheltered corners for all-day lounging. Private gated parking (~200 m²).
Indoors & wellness: Main levels host open-plan lounges and dining (smart TVs). Lower levels add secondary lounges plus a private wellness suite in each residence: gym (treadmill, recumbent bike, home-gym station, mats & bands), Scandinavian sauna and indoor jacuzzi (up to 5 guests).
Kitchens: Granite worktops, large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher; Nespresso & filter coffee, kettle, toaster, sandwich grill; high chair on request.
Connectivity & comfort: Fast Wi-Fi, A/C throughout, soundproof windows. One residence includes ground-level accessibility features.
Guest Access:
Exclusive use of both residences, both pools, wellness areas (gyms/saunas/jacuzzis), gardens, BBQ pavilion and private parking. Nothing is shared with outsiders.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet Kalamaki location in Chania’s west suburbs—close to beaches, tavernas and supermarkets, and an easy ≈15-minute drive to the Venetian Harbor/Old Town. Great base for day trips (Balos, Falassarna, White Mountains).
Getting Around:
Car recommended for exploring. Private airport transfers available on request.
Other Things to Note:
Dedicated point of contact before and during your stay for arrangements (transfers, chef, experiences) and on-call support once you arrive.
