La cucina aveva dei fornelli non funzionanti, macchina del caffè inutilizzabile, televisore inutilizzabile, pentolame quasi inutilizzabile. All' arrivo troviamo gli operai che cambiavano la serratura e ho dovuto attendere un' ora all esterno nonostante la gentilezza degli stessi operai, che per fortuna ci hanno consentito quanto meno di entrare e ci hanno dato delle spiegazioni, la proprietaria del locale non si è minimamente preoccupata di avvertirci del disguido e ho appreso solo dopo averla chiamata, delle motivazioni del ritardo del check in. Nonostante la abbia contattata al check out, per chiederle informazioni circa le nuove imminenti regole per la consegna chiavi, non ho mai ricevuto risposta .
