When walking in, everything was just like in the pictures and looked wonderful. Everything looked very clean. The view being at the top of a hill was picture perfect. Beds were comfortable. Main shower was good. Quiet neighbourhood.
While everything seemed clean outwardly, it was what you didn't see in the pictures or when you first walked in that is giving this a lower review. The The air fryer was not clean and trays in the oven were dirty. There was also a container on top of the cupboards that had a half eaten Christmas cake in it. The ensuite shower temperature was not consistent and went from hot to very cold and back to hot. Aesthetically the coffee table looks great. Unfortunately it is too big for the area and we kept hitting it when moving around it.
Very nice induction oven and stove top. Unfortunately the pots and pans supplied (except 1 fry pan) were not suitable.
Most important was communication. It took at least 2 days to respond to any questions or comments. We had an issue with securing the property at first and 2 days to respond is not adequate.
