This delightful and colorful apartment is located in the heart of Sanremo, just a few steps from the lively pedestrian streets. Its strategic position allows you to easily stroll through the local shops, restaurants and ice cream parlors, immersing yourself in the pleasant atmosphere of the city. The strategic position offers an authentic and unforgettable experience, made of comfort, beauty and local life at your fingertips. Finely renovated three-room apartment in the center of Sanremo, a few steps from the seafront and the city center.
We find the accommodation inside a pleasant condominium, on the second floor, easily reachable by elevator. We have a large room with kitchenette, dining table. From the living room you can go out onto the terrace facing west, from which you can enjoy the sea view and, on nice days, you can use the table with the two attached chairs. Moving on we see a double bedroom with a comfortable desk, which can also be used for Smart working. Next to it we have the second bedroom with a single bed and a second pull-out bed that remains low. In the last bedroom we find a disappearing sink behind the wardrobe doors and an extra toilet in the closet next to it. Both rooms have access to the terrace that overlooks a very quiet courtyard. Between the double bedroom and the living area we have the bathroom with a large shower and all the suspended sanitary ware.
