This spacious single-family home is perfect for large groups or families. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, everyone has room to relax. A unique backyard treehouse, which may serve as a 5th bedroom, offers a private retreat.

Please note, this is a lived-in home and may exhibit some light wear consistent with normal use, all while maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for your stay.

-This is a real home, and like any home, there may be minor imperfections, such as light wear or stains on walls, baseboards, or curtains. These don’t impact the comfort or functionality of the space but reflect its character as a lived-in environment.

-If you’re seeking hotel-like perfection or an environment free of the charm and quirks of a real home, our space may not be the best fit. However, if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay with a personal touch, we think you’ll feel right at home here.

-Home has free access to community center across the street with playground, outdoor fitness park, basketball courts and library.

-Our home is located in an urban Southern California neighborhood, offering convenient access to freeways, shopping, and dining. Like many urban areas, you may encounter aspects of city living, such as a diverse community and people from all walks of life. Full access to backyard, 2 car garage, 2-car driveway, washer and dryer.

We will be available by email/phone/text messaging. We are also local so if you need anything we will try our best to accommodate you. Guests are able to self-check-in with a smartlock.

The neighborhood is rapidly undergoing gentrification with new and trendy food/entertainment close to downtown Santa Ana. It is across from a newly constructed 10,000 sq. ft. community center.

There is a bus stop (OCTA) on the corner of our street that goes to many locations! We are also 1 mile away from the train station that also goes to Disneyland. Ride-sharing such as Uber/Lyft is a very popular mode of transportation in our area. If you will be traveling a lot from place to place we recommend you get a rental car from the Turo app.

We have security cameras on the exterior entrances and inside the garage of the property (absolutely NO cameras inside of the house for your privacy). There is an alarm system which is off during your stay.

Potential for noise: Train station a couple blocks down that runs several times a day. The neighborhood is urban, so please be aware of potential street noise.
