The bedrooms include a double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, another double and a single, serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over basin and WC. Outside, there is a garden with lawn, patio, furniture and barbecue, along with off-road parking for two cars. Cot, highchair and stairgate available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You will find a shop within 2.3 miles, and a pub within 3.4 miles. The Granary is a lovely base for exploring Cornwall.

Newquay also offers good shopping, a zoo, a Sea Life centre and a variety of nightspots, clubs, pubs and restaurants. Set back from the main holiday crowds, St Merryn is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area at your leisure.
