About this house rental
Experience a vacation in a single traditional heritage house Recently refurbished That can Accommodate 4-5 people with all the amenities. Located in the historic Chora of Patmos next to the main square is the ultimate Greek summer destination
The 2 floors house Consists of
At ground floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 small patio, 1 separate washroom, 1 bathroom with 2 showers,
At 1st floor: 1 living room and a fully equipped one at 1st floor and a living room with a mini bar and coffee station on the first floor and kitchen. Fitting comfortably 5 peoples.
Wi-fi, as well as a hi-fi system SONOS,
in kitchen: American fridge with ice deliver and coffee station with coffee Nespresso capsule offered.
We welcome guests upon arrival.
No other interaction.
In the morning you can take a 5 minute walk to the Monastery Where you can admire ict Imposing architecture and history. In the evening you can stroll down through the alleys into the main square, a place Where everybody meets.
Inside Chora no cars are allowed. There is a car park 300 meters away from the villa in case you rent a car. A bus leaves every 30 minutes to Chora the harbor and you can always take a taxi.
Τhe house was built in 1807. There is a booklet in the house with all the places you must visit in Patmos as well as small secrets about the island of Patmos and surrounding islands.

La maison est très confortable, spacieuse et beaucoup de soin a été mis dans la décoration avec des œuvres d'art qui interpellent et font sourire. L'ambiance générale reste simple et accueillante. Elle est richement équipée avec des objets de qualité (qui reste énigmatique pour certains comme le four qui garde encore tous ses secrets! - Kostas avait propose de nous les dévoiler mais nous avons décliner). La vue de la terrasse est splendide et parfaite pour le yoga matinal. L'endroit est magique et peut être le point de départ de nombreuses ballades en nature. Très calme a Pâques a part les processions religieuses, feux d'artifice et pétards traditionnels. Une vraie cure de relaxation bien loin du tumulte quotidien. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié aussi. Pas de voitures dans la plupart des rues donc liberté accrue pour eux.

House located in the Chora (old village), within short walking distance from the scooters parking place and in a very quite area.
The house is definitely new (still some points of light not connected), very nice and properly furnished and equipped.
Kitchen and a large living room at ground floor (there is also a terrace, but currently not available), two bedrooms with a small court and a large bathroom downstairs.
Kostas and Irene, the two guys taking care of the house, are very nice and ready to help. Fabrice, the owner, has always been ready to offer explanations and to give quick replies.
The house is bang in line with the description you find on Homeaway.
Should I come back to Patmos, I definitely would try ti hire it again.
