Welcome to your peaceful island escape on Kelleys Island’s beautiful southwest corner. This spacious retreat offers gorgeous water views, an airy open floor‑plan, a large gathering space, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and unforgettable sunset views — all with the comforts of home.
Just a short walk to The Villa Eatery and downtown, you’ll enjoy the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. After a day of exploring the island, relax outdoors and soak in the calm island evenings.
Sleeping Accommodations
Plenty of room for everyone to unwind:
Bedroom 1: King Bed + Full Bathroom
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed
Loft: Single Bed with Trundle
Ideal for families, couples, and groups seeking comfort and flexibility.
Important Notes:
No bed linens or towels are provided.
Must bring sheets, pillowcases, and towels.
Lake Access Warning: Even though this is a lakefront property, accessing the lake is extremely dangerous. Owners strongly suggest not entering the lake from the rental.
Air conditioner units are located throughout the house, including in all bedrooms.
Check-in is completely remote, and you will receive a key code to enter and all the check-in information on the day of your arrival.
Please be courtesy of the property and neighbors by only parking in the driveway, stay out of other's yards and keep the noise down especially between 10pm - 7am.
We offer a starter set of basic amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, coffee essentials, dish soap, etc. These are provided in limited quantities to get you started, and guests may need to purchase more during their stay.
