Welcome to The Bungalow at Jimmerson Lake — a cozy hilltop retreat overlooking Indiana’s beautiful Lake James chain. This 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath classic lake cottage sleeps 7-9 guests and offers peaceful lake views, sunset skies, and the perfect setting for family getaways, girls’ weekends, or a quiet recharge between Trine University events and lake life adventures.

• Trine University – 7 minutes away (perfect for campus visits, graduations, and events)
• Local Wineries – Just a short drive to Satek Winery & Briali Vineyards
• Pokagon State Park – Hiking, tobogganing, and lake activities year-round
Potawatomi Snowmobile trails - 1/2 mile from start of the 32 mile trail system.
• Jimmerson Lake Access – Minutes to boat launches, swimming, and fishing
• Downtown Angola – Restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, and more
The main level features a spacious sectional sofa—perfect for relaxing together while taking in stunning sunset views from nearly every window overlooking beautiful Jimmerson Lake.
The open dining area includes a large table ideal for family dinners, card games, or board-game nights.
The adjoining kitchen offers a central island—perfect for gathering over a charcuterie board and local wine.
Off the dining room, a foosball table adds extra entertainment, all with a lake view.
A half bath and full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located on the main level.
Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms and a full bath:
• Bedroom 1: King bed, 42” Smart TV
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, 40” Smart TV
• Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (full bottom, twin top), 50” Smart TV
An additional queen air mattress with linens is available upon request.
**All ceiling fans and lights feature remote controls, letting guests easily adjust brightness and comfort.
Outdoor Amenities
Enjoy the spacious deck with a grill, outdoor dining set (with umbrella), and a propane fire pit with chairs.
Parking spaces to accommodate 4-5 vehicles.
Pets are welcome on a case by case basis.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the main and upstairs part of the home along with the front deck and front yard which faces the lake.
Guests are not permitted access to the garage but may use the deck attached.
You will also have access to fishing on the causeway down the street. The neighborhood has a private beach with a swim out raft you are welcome to use at your leisure. There is an association playground just minutes from the home as well.
The home is completely occupied by the guests.
