We are in the Acquaviva area, north of San Vincenzo. This neighborhood, mainly residential, is made up of small buildings. The sea can be reached with a 10-minute walk (about 800 meters), while the town center can be reached in 15 minutes. The characteristic of the area is the extreme tranquility and ease of parking.
