About this house rental
This well appointed 3 bedroom townhouse set over three levels with large top floor terrace having sweeping views towards the Maiella Mountain Range. The townhouse offers guests a comfortable and cosy ground floor living room with TV, bar and enclosed fireplace with unique shower room affectionally referred to as Piccolo. A spacious ground floor bedroom with mountain views completes this level. A generous second bedroom, a smaller double bedroom and the main shower room are located on the first floor. Steps lead up to an open plan lounge, diner and beautiful bespoke kitchen. This living and integrated kitchen space also included a projector for watching movies after a long day exploring the region. The large terrace is adjacent with outdoor seating and a BBQ area having sweeping views of the town and mountains. House is over 500 years old and has been completely renovated in 2025 with a mixture of original walls and modern amenities. In contrast to the medieval building, the townhouse has a modern interior with stylish fittings. Beach and Abruzzo Airport is 30 minutes away and go skiing within an hour. Have a BBQ on our terrace while sipping wine with views of the mountains in the distance. Take a day trip to a winery or some of Abruzzo's fantastic national parks. With museums of Loretta Aprutino famous for their olive oil and ceramic museums and on the walking trail of Il Cammino d'Abruzzo, there is plenty to do while strolling around Loreto.
