The Antica Dimora apartment, located in Rio Marina on Via Principe Amedeo, in the heart of the Island of Elba, is the ideal choice for those looking for an authentic experience in one of the most charming villages of the island. Surrounded by the tranquility of a historic village, the apartment is just a short walk from the sea and the picturesque streets of the town, where you can immerse yourself in the unique atmosphere of Elba. Perfect for those seeking a stay that combines comfort, beauty, and local culture, Antica Dimora is the perfect base to explore the area, just steps away from traditional cuisine and unspoiled nature.
We offer our guests discounted ferry rates, issuing tickets with Moby or Toremar where discounts range between 20% and 30%, or we send a link with a discount code where you can issue the ticket independently, even for low-cost companies like Blunavy or Corsica Ferries.
Among our offerings, we also provide discounted rentals for scooters and e-bikes.

The apartment, situated on the second floor of a historic building, perfectly blends the charm of the past with modern comforts. Spacious and bright interiors, terracotta floors, and brick vaulted ceilings create an authentic and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for experiencing Elba Island in total relaxation.
The interior spaces include a large kitchen-living room equipped with TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and a single bed next to the sofa, a spacious double bedroom, a bathroom with window, shower box, and washing machine, and a wide loft with a second double bedroom and a second bathroom.
The apartment offers every comfort: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, and washing machine. Some windows offer glimpses of the sea, making the stay even more charming.
Important notes:
– Check-in: from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Late arrivals after 7:30 pm are accepted with a €40.00 surcharge.
– Check-out: by 9:00 am.
– Bed linen and towels: not included, available for rental upon request (€40 per person) at least 7 days before arrival, to be collected at our office in Portoferraio.
– Pets allowed with a €50 surcharge.
– Smoking is not permitted inside the property
