The villa boasts 4 well-appointed bedrooms with a versatile sleeping arrangement, including 1 king-size bed, 2 queen-size beds, and 2 individual beds. Three modern bathrooms with shower facilities ensure comfort and convenience for all guests.



The heart of the home is the fully equipped American-style kitchen, featuring a glass-ceramic hotplate, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and complete kitchenware. Stay connected with complimentary WiFi and enjoy entertainment on the satellite TV.



Outdoor enthusiasts will love the private 4.5x8.5m swimming pool, perfect for refreshing dips on warm days. The 1020 m² plot includes a beautiful garden with garden furniture, a barbecue area, and a terrace, providing ample space for relaxation and outdoor dining.
