The villa offers a large kitchen with a wood-fired oven where you can learn to make pizza with a pizzaiolo—an activity children love, as they can prepare, bake, and enjoy pizza right by the oven.
On request, a cook can prepare typical Tuscan dishes with local products, available for an extra fee.
The main lounge includes a billiards table, a sitting area, and a dining room. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, fan, washing machine, barbecue, high chair, and baby cot.
Outside, you'll find a garden and a private pool in the villa's park. The pool measures 6x12 m and is 140 cm deep. Pool towels are provided.
You can also use a ping pong table and enjoy beautiful views of the lake and mountains.
Parking is available on site, and up to 2 pets are allowed. Smoking is permitted, but events are not allowed.
In July and August, the minimum stay is 5 nights; in other months, 3 days.
The villa is part of an organic farm surrounded by greenery, 18 km from Florence and 3 km from the A1 Barberino di Mugello exit. You can buy extra virgin olive oil, local vegetables, and artisanal honey.
A few kilometers away, you can enjoy sport fishing and access 3 padel courts with shoe and racket rental.
To reach Florence, Villa Costanza parking on the A1 is convenient; from there, a train departs every 15 minutes to the city center.
