About this house rental

A modern, recently built chalet, perfectly equipped for enjoying the region with family or friends. Its ideal location in the heart of the valley gives you quick access to Chamonix while allowing you to enjoy the tranquility of the Bossons neighborhood and breathtaking views of the mountains.
Its office area is ideal for those who like to work.
All you have to do is drop off your luggage and enjoy the comfort of your new home.

This recently built 110m² chalet is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:

- 1 spacious living room with:
- 1 comfortable and tastefully furnished seating area that can accommodate 7 people, a 120cm TV, and a Bluetooth soundbar for watching TV as if you were at the cinema.
- 1 fully equipped open kitchen for cooking at home: stove, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, raclette machine, fondue set, dishwasher, etc.
- 1 cozy dining area for 7 people.
- 1 guest toilet with washbasin and laundry area with washing machine

Upstairs:

- 1 first bathroom with shower and sink
- 1 guest toilet with washbasin
- 3 bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200cm) and dressing rooms
- 1 bedroom with single bed (90cm x 190cm) and desk area
- 1 second bathroom with shower, bathtub, and sink
- 1 balcony accessible from two of the 4 bedrooms.

Please note that the exterior of the chalet is scheduled for completion soon, including the facade and terrace, but the interior of the chalet is perfectly ready to welcome you.

During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.
In the event of non-compliance with this law, we decline all responsibility in the event of inability to access the accommodation and will not be able to assist you.

Ideally located in the Bossons district, close to the train station where you can take the Mont-Blanc Express to visit the entire valley. A bus stop on line 1 takes you to Les Houches in one direction and Chamonix in the other.

For our guests with a car, the town center and its many bars, restaurants, and activities are a 10-minute drive away.
The closest supermarket to the apartment is in Les Houches, also about 10 minutes away.

The chalet has a private garage for parking one car.
You can also park a second car outside the garage.
Please note that the garage does not currently have a remote control, but it can be opened manually.
For those without a car, Les Bossons train station is about 500 meters from the apartment, allowing you to take the Mont-Blanc Express to visit the entire valley in any season.
The “Les Bossons” bus stop provides access to the Les Houches ski area (Bellevue and Prarion ski lifts) in one direction and the Chamonix ski area in the other (La Flegère ski lift).
