Charming Waterfront Cottage on South Side of Kelleys Island with open floorplan, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 Bathrooms, lots of living space, all the conveniences of home and a wall of windows on the waterside. Enjoy the large yard with a playcenter, grill for cooking out, and Adirondack chairs for relaxing with a cup of coffee or just to listen to the lake waves. Just minutes from the marina, ferry, and downtown Kelley's Island.
