Arranged over two floors, the property has been thoughtfully furnished with local antiquities, artworks and furnishings. The interior combines exposed stone walls with wood-beamed ceilings providing a gorgeous home-away-from-home for groups of family or friends.
There is a comfortable living room with a sofa, several armchairs and a large flat-screen Satellite TV where guests can relax on the first floor. Alternatively, the spacious kitchen/dining room on the ground floor offers a cosy space for family mealtimes with a fireplace and a small sofa. The kitchen is fitted with a drip coffee machine, a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a fridge freezer.
Outside guests can unwind in the private garden, enjoy alfresco meals on the terrace and make use of the BBQ. There’s also space to recharge with a coffee or an aperitif on one of the terrace that extends from the bedroom on the ground floor.

Bedroom 1: The spacious first bedroom features a private balcony and is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and two wardrobes.
Bedroom 2: The pretty second bedroom opens out to the garden terrace and is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.

The closest wineries include Vina Oka (a 5-minute drive) and kraška klet Krstan (a 10-minute drive).
For day trips, the Lipica Stud Farm, home of the Lipizzaner horses, is a 25-minute drive, and the coastal cities of Trieste (a 25-minute drive) and Koper (a 50-minute drive) are within easy reach.
