Pete’s Place welcomes you to this fabulous home and 75 acres just minutes north of downtown Boswell, Oklahoma. With three cozy bedrooms, including two queen beds and two twin beds, there’s plenty of space for everyone. Guests can relax in the tranquil living room, which features a comfortable reclining couch for extra sleeping options. The home offers two bathrooms, each equipped with all the conveniences from home. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of outdoor adventures or enjoying a quiet morning, the wonderful atmosphere makes it easy to feel right at home. Unwind and reconnect with nature at this peaceful countryside getaway in close proximity to Boswell, Antlers, Hugo and Durant. Perfect for families, couples, or small groups, this spacious home offers 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, providing plenty of room to relax after a day of outdoor adventures. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker providing all the luxuries you have come to expect in a home. While sipping your morning coffee, you will enjoy the view of the sunrise overlooking pasture land and 15 acres of forest where many deer can be spotted taking shelter from the midday sun.
Step outside and explore the property’s two fully stocked ponds, ideal for fishing, quiet reflection, or simply enjoying the serene views. Whether you’re sipping coffee by the water in the morning or watching the sunset by the fire pit in the evening, the natural beauty here creates a truly memorable stay.
With wide-open spaces, fresh air, and complete privacy, this retreat is perfect for those looking to unplug, explore nature, or enjoy quality time together. Bring your fishing gear, take long walks across the acreage, or just relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
The main house and the Man Cave have Starlink internet connections for those guests who also enjoy a little gaming experience! The Man Cave is equipped with a ping pong table, fuse ball table, a bar and dart board. Guests will also find a Blackstone flat top, charcoal grill, and a Big Green Egg for those culinary enthusiasts!
Outdoor amenities will provide endless hours of core memories for you and your guests to create. Games such as horseshoes, cornhole, washers, and ladder golf make being outside fun and entertaining for the whole family! Indoor amenities include board games, television, and reading.
