The living room leads directly to the bathroom, making the area practical and functional. Warm lighting and tasteful furnishings complete the cosy atmosphere.

Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and all necessary utensils. Modern furniture and practical surfaces allow you to prepare meals in total comfort and style, with a large dining table and comfortable chairs, perfect for dinner with friends. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.
(The price per night includes the management fee of 30%+VAT)
Before your arrival, I will make sure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.
There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom, I also inform you that as we are not a hotel, Italian law forbids us to provide our guests with any kind of food even just simple oil, salt and pepper, and as we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.
Please respect the flat and its equipment during your stay as if they were your own. I am sure you will treat the flat with care.
