This beautiful, fully equipped holiday flat is located at the end of a play street in the Golddorf (Medebach)-Küstelberg. The ski and climatic health resort of Winterberg is 8 km away (regular public transport from the centre of the village).
The ground-floor flat is an independent annex with a separate entrance to a holiday home with five other flats.
The large living and dining room impresses with its large panoramic window. The living area has an upholstered suite and satellite TV, while the cosy dining area adjoining the kitchen with a corner bench and an extendable dining table also offers an impressive view of the large garden. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a four-ring electric hob with extractor fan, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils. The two bedrooms, one with a double bed and large four-door wardrobe, the other with two single beds, have an unobstructed view of the natural surroundings. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/WC, wash hand basin, heating with towel dryer and hairdryer
Outside there is a terrace for private use with garden chairs including cushions, bench, table and parasol, as well as the large garden for general use. There is also a separate vestibule with storage space and a car park directly at the entrance.
