Each flat has two bedrooms, each with a living room and bathroom. One bedroom has a 1.60m x 2.00m double bed and the other has two single beds, each with a 90cm bed, which is ideal for children. The living room has a well-equipped kitchen, which has the great advantage that guests can be independent in their respective flats. On the ground floor there is a communal lounge for barbecuing, eating and having fun, ideal in a season where the evenings tend to get cooler. There is also a fitness room to work off the calories afterwards. On the other hand, there is a flat on the ground floor, which can be reached via the stairs to the other two flats, each with its own entrance. The two upper flats also offer a picturesque view of the sea and the lower east coast of Istria, so you can enjoy the sunset on the balcony and let the day fade away. The house is ideal for holidaymakers who want to spend an unforgettable holiday with 2-4 families. Or a smaller or larger group of friends who want to have a good time together after a long reunion.
