About this house rental

This comfortable chalet boasts an absolutely idyllic location at the foot of the Hochkönig mountain! Breathtaking views await! The Hochkönig ski area, with its 6-peak Hochkönig tour, is easily accessible via a free ski bus. The chalet offers every comfort! Enjoy the beautiful wellness area with a combination sauna and infrared heaters. High-speed Wi-Fi and three parking spaces with 220V charging points for electric vehicles are also available. Chalet "Royal Mountain Lodge". In the district of Mühlbach am Hochkönig 1 km from the centre of Mühlbach, in a sunny, elevated position, 6 km from the skiing area. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced). Terrace, barbecue. In the house: with TV, WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer. Parking at the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 1 km, café 1 km, bus stop "Skibus" 200 m. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km, gondola lift 6 km, skisport facilities 6 km, slopes 6 km, ski bus stop 200 m, ski school 6 km. Nearby attractions: Eisriesenwelt Werfen 24 km, Erlebnis Therme Amadé 33 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Ritzensee Saalfelden 30 km. Hiking paths: 140 km markierte Wanderwege, Gipfelkreuz Hochkeilrunde, Panoramawanderung zum Hochkeil.
"Royal Mountain Lodge", 6-room chalet 180 m2. Modern and luxurious furnishings: entrance hall. Living/dining room with wood-burning stove. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC, TV and flat screen. Exit to the balcony. Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill) with dining table. On the lower ground floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC, TV and flat screen. Exit to the terrace. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC, TV and flat screen. Exit to the terrace. Facilities: hair dryer, logs (free). Internet (WiFi). Please note: maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Perfectly equipped chalet: fully equipped kitchen, fireplace with two-sided glass door, media wall with 50-inch UHD TV and soundbar. Each double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Solid wood beds and much more.
