In City Life district, a splendid studio suite totally renovated and complete with everything. Bright and quiet environment thanks to the facing inwards, double bed, modern and fully-equipped kitchen, tv, bathroom with shower, washing machine, air conditioning, unlimited wi-fi. the whole is completed by a very quiet balcony thanks to its internal exposure. The Space:
Beautiful newly renovated design studio near the City Life district. The entrance opens onto a small laundry area with washing machine and wardrobe. The living room, very bright and quiet thanks to the facing inwards, is fully-equipped, double bed, separate kitchen, dining table for 2, TV cabinet. Large bathroom.
The Neighborhood:
The City Life district traces the space of the ancient Trade Fair which, moved to the Rho-Fiera area, left behind an urban area of 225,000 square meters entirely to be redeveloped: the project involved internationally renowned architects, such as Arata Isozaki, designer for Milan of the second tallest skyscraper in Italy, Daniel Libeskind and Zaha Hadid, who also created the new MAXXI Museum in Rome in Italy. Started in 2007, the CityLife project not only aims to create a new urban planning of great visual impact with the three large skyscrapers, but develops a green soul aimed at creating a large park - the third in size of the city center after Parco Sempione and Giardini Pubblici - is the largest pedestrian area in Milan, to allow citizens to make the most of the new spaces, also enriched with leisure and play areas. Not least are the architecture: the three gigantic skyscrapers, the Straight, the Storto and the Curvo, are in fact candidates immediately to become one of the great symbols of Milan in the world.
