This bright and cozy 100 sq m (1,000 sq ft) holiday apartment is situated in a quiet location with no direct neighbors. The apartment consists of a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, a hallway, and a bathroom with a shower. A large south-facing terrace and a fully fenced garden of approximately 1500 sq m (5,000 sq ft) are also available. The terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. This is a non-smoking apartment. Parking is available directly at the house. Located right next to the Aartalsee nature reserve! Shopping facilities, a pharmacy, doctors, and banks are approximately 2 km (5.5 miles) away. Easily accessible by bicycle or on foot. Walks can begin immediately from the garden gate. An egg vending machine is located directly at the farm. Fresh eggs are available daily.
