Tucked away on a peaceful hilltop just minutes exit off HWY 78, this 3,000 sq. ft. luxury home offers a perfect mix of serenity and city access. The 1st floor features spacious areas, including a family and living room, dining spaces, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, three BRs include a spacious master suite with a king bed, along with a queen and full bed in other rooms. The expansive backyard complete with a BBQ grill, burners, dining area, a large balcony offers breathtaking views.
The space
The house is in Vista very quiet neighborhood, hilltop, a few minutes drive to North Square Shopping Mall or Vista Downtown. Walmart, Target, Farmers grocery store, Movie Theater, Water Park, Restaurants , all nearby. Please read additional house rules before booking.
This gated and fully chain-fenced 4.5-acre property offers privacy and space. The 3BR/3BA listing is located in the main house with its own private driveway and ample parking within the property. A separate, smaller detached building (a studio also for Vrbo rental) is situated nearby on the right side, with its own driveway and parking area. Both buildings share the same entrance gate.
In the main building, there is a separate room (not shared anything with the 3BR/3BA rental) that has its own private entrance from the backyard. This space is used by the owner for storage and occasional daytime temporary rest during gardening work. Additionally, the garage in the main building is not shared—it is reserved for owner storage and occasional daytime EV car charging.
