A peaceful, idyllic, and secluded setting, perfect for 8 adults and children, for quality time with family and friends. Surrounded by centuries-old trees that will delight your eyes. You can enjoy the heated swimming pool (12m x 6m) in all seasons without ever leaving the house. Ideal for relaxation. One bedroom is accessible to people with disabilities.
Fully equipped kitchen, living area with a large connected screen TV, bright dining room with French doors and direct access to the pool. One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) (wheelchair accessible) and its own shower room/WC. A second separate WC.
Upstairs: One bedroom with two single beds (120cm) and one queen-size bed (160cm), and a private shower room/WC. One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) leading to another bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm). Bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, and private toilet.
The house is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, freezer, and Wi-Fi.

The property is gated with an automatic gate. You can park your vehicles securely. The large garden in front of the house is also enclosed, allowing children to play safely.
