About this cabin rental
Welcome to the Koselig – a cozy A-frame cabin named after the Norwegian word for coziness and contentment. The Koselig offers a warm, inviting retreat surrounded by the natural beauty of the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. Whether you're here to hike, ski, or simply unwind, this charming cabin is the perfect basecamp for your Pacific Northwest adventure.
The Space:
• Located in the quiet, gated Snowline community
• Only 20 miles from Mt. Baker Ski Area
• Wood-burning stove for cozy nights in (firewood not provided)
• Small but well-equipped kitchen (no microwave)
• Two Casper Queen beds in the loft, one Casper XL Twin on the main floor
• Deck with outdoor dining and mountain views
• Dog friendly – 1 dog allowed per stay

Please Note:
The second-floor loft - where the 2 queen beds and TV are located - is accessible only by a wall-mounted ladder, which may not be suitable for small children or guests with limited mobility. Please consider this when booking.

In compliance with community rules, we will kindly request that you provide us with the make, model, and license plate number of each car prior to your stay. We will be collecting this information after your booking is confirmed.

1) Unauthorized guests, parties, or events are not permitted and will result in a minimum $350 fee and immediate termination of the stay. Out of respect for neighbors, we ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am
2) Smoking or vaping inside the home is not allowed. Violations may result in additional charges to cover remediation.
3) One well-behaved dog is welcome with prior approval and a pet fee. All pets must be disclosed at booking. Undisclosed pets will result in a minimum $250 fee per pet. Service animals are permitted in accordance with platform policy.
4) Parking area can comfortably accommodate 2 vehicles. No parking is allowed on the paved roadway or curbside.
5) Power outages are possible and out of our control.
6) Koselig is situated in the secure Snowline gated community. Please Note: Community amenities—including the pool, clubhouse, and tennis courts—are now available for guest use Monday through Thursday only (excluding holidays). Access is not available for guest use Friday through Sunday. Thank you for your understanding!
