Located in the privacy fenced backyard of a 1920s historic downtown home, our freshly renovated tiny home features a lofted bedroom accessed with a pull out ladder, fully stocked kitchen, dedicated workspace with desk, bathroom with washer/dryer, and living room with couch. The property is within walking distance to downtown (shopping, restaurants, coffee shops) and a mile from University of Central Arkansas, Central Baptist College, Hendrix College, and Conway Regional Medical Center.
