The sofabed is on the first floor
Full kitchen, including a dishwasher

We could not find the place the first night we were supposed to stay there so we had to pay for and book another hotel that night. We found it the next day and stayed one night and absolutely loved it! It was so great we booked again for Labor Day weekend and can't wait to go back. Just wish we didn't pay for the night we couldn't find it

The place was great! We put one of the puzzles together, took beach walks and enjoyed.

It is a great location and view. It needs some upgrading. Stains on the chairs, wall paper peeling, paint fell off the wall while I was just sitting in a chair looking out the window. The deck table and chairs ar so rusted that it looked dangerous to sit in them. The hot tub is under part of the deck and to me, is not inviting. It was clean but had a musty smell of urine. They did offer to reclean but I don't think it would have made a difference. Fresh air seemed to help. A pet friendly house is hard to find, but I am particularly fussy about how a home should be kept. Stained and deck furniture that belongs in a dump should not be part of the home. And, there are 3 flights of stairs to maneuver to carry your luggage up. That should be noted.
