Running Y is a great place to stay. The house had plenty of space for everyone and very relaxing.

House was very big and spacious. The upstairs loft room was perfect for my teen, he absolutely love it. Kitchen was huge and easy to make meals in, stainless steel pots were a plus. My in laws were extremely impressed with the size of the master bedroom and the upstairs rooms were adequate for sleeping. Only down side of the bedrooms was no dressers in any of them, it was difficult to live out of our suitcases since we were there for a week and a half. Property was beautiful and the lake only a 5 min walk away. Lots of deer everywhere and tons of beautiful birds. We were sad the jacuzzi wasn’t working but got reimbursed for it and never figured out how to get the sauna going but overall we had a very pleasant stay.

The property wasn’t ready to go. The housekeepers showed up late to clean the house. Overall it was clean however, there is coffee grounds in the coffee maker. The drywall in front porch doesn’t look like it had been blown or clean for weeks or months, but most of all communication was not acceptable. The number for the local host kept saying not available and then there was a bot I think to answer all the questions which is just not acceptable. We always have a good experience with VRP however, the management group managing this property with the same one we had issues with and another issue we will not use that management group again
