The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is furnished in a rustic, typical regional style and in a functional manner. The property is situated in a residence on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property over the lake and its sunny location by the water. The following are available for use: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. There is a playground on the lawn for the little ones and a beautiful garden with a built-in brick barbecue. A high chair and cot are available as a set for a fee of €6.00 per day, which can be added upon request.

The historic residence, resulting from the restoration of a 16th century building, is located at the foot of Mount Pizzoccolo, at the end of the historic center of Toscolano, not far from the lake and the beach. Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.
