Sehr gute Lage, wenn man Ski fahren will. Nur 10 Minuten mit Auto oder Skibus zur Stubai Gletscher Talstation. Viel dichter kommt man nicht dran. Busstation nur 100 Meter zu Fuß. Sehr praktisches elektronisches Türschloss mit Code, keine Schlüssel nötig. Schöne Einrichtung. Gesellschaftsspiele und Bücher vorhanden. Bequeme Betten. Frühe Anreise und frühes Checkin war unkompliziert möglich. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Für preisbewusste Selbstversorger, die lieber selber kochen, optimal. Kann ich mir gut für eine 4 köpfige Familie vorstellen.
Ohne Auto ist es schwer. Aber das gilt m.E. für's ganze Stubaital. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind auch nur mit Auto erreichbar. Eine Sauna wäre natürlich noch die Krönung. Man kann aber ins "Stubay" Saunaparadies fahren, ca. 30 Minuten Fahrzeit.
