There is no need to worry about finding public parking because OceanSide Village has its own private oceanfront parking lot just for residents and guests next to the Conch Cafe restaurant, as well as outdoor showers and restrooms. Daily and weekly golf cart rental packages are available for added flexibility during your stay. The golf cart rental area is located behind the Property Management Office on OceanSide Drive and operates Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Whether you are casting a line, relaxing poolside, or cruising to the beach in a golf cart, Llamazing at OceanSide Village delivers the perfect blend of comfort, fun, and coastal charm.

PROPERTY AMENITIES
Televisions, Internet, Heat & Central A/C, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows, and a comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.
**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
