The flat is within walking distance of Porsche Zuffenhausen. It is lovingly furnished and impresses with some technical highlights. The nearest railway station is only a 1-minute walk away (Wimpfener Straße stop). The flat has a separate entrance and a private parking space next to it, the access road is in Porschestraße.
The flat was renovated in 2024 and is therefore technically and visually state of the art. It offers a separate bedroom and an office with a sofa bed (this is a walk-through room).
