Overall:
This is the best apartment we've stayed in so far, in Italy. The apartment is spacious and well kept. Everything works and it feels just like home!
Layout:
Separate living/dining/kitchen space from the bedrooms (with doors), which is nice when the kids need to be in bed and the adults don't have to whisper.
Bedrooms:
The main bedroom is super spacious and the bed is super comfy. It feels just like in a hotel with the big fluffy comforter. The other 2 bedrooms are much smaller but perfect for a single person. There's furniture for your things and enough floor space to open up your suitcases. Might need a closet/wardrobe for long stays.
Bathroom:
It is spacious, with an in-tub shower. Water pressure is great and hot water is plenty hot. We didn't take back to back showers to make sure everyone had enough hot water. Each person gets 3 white towels: big, medium, and small. No moldy smell and feels clean.
Kitchen:
The kitchen comes fully stocked, but it would've been nice to have foil (am I just being too greedy🤪). We cooked in the kitchen and everything worked well.
Around the house:
Heater throughout the apartment to keep it cozy. Parking is about a minute walk away and the streets are really quiet. View of the mountains outside the east-facing windows in the big bedroom. There's a little balcony on the second floor but it was too cold so we didn't go outside.
Host:
Kept in touch with me throughout our 2-night stay. Very friendly and helpful, and responds quickly. Great host!
Stairs & floor:
The stairs are quite tight and slippery if you have socks on. We forgot to bring slippers so the floor is quite cold to step on.
Bathroom:
My biggest issue is the shower guard. The shower is inside the tub, but the glass panels only cover the front half of the tub. Wish the panels go around the tub more to make it easier to contain the water inside the tub.
