Location is supreme, walking distance to city center and Fritzrovia neighbourhood is super. Very well connected to trains, underground and many bus lines.
3 nice size double bedrooms (all with queen beds, though) + big kitchen + 2 functional toilets made the stay very convenient and easy for a family of 5.
Appliances are good, dishwashers tablets were supplied, which made our stay more comfortable. Windows everywhere except toilets, well lit.
Lots of steps after a very narrow entrance with keypad, keys to the first floor apartment are to be sourced from keynest 5min walk away, but you need to climb up to second floor to reach the kitchen. Better to travel with small luggage!
There is NO living room, just a small round table with only 2 chairs in the stairs landing space at 2nd floor. That made any meal for the family pretty difficult, we just moved the table to the master bedroom to sit on the bed, and watch from there the only TV in the house, which was rather small for such space.
The cookware in kitchen is old, pan is terrible, pots are small, but we managed.... Cups and glasses, dishes, are just fine, 6units each.

Très bel appartement très bien placé, facilité pour aller récupérer les clés (à quelques minutes à pied dans un magasin), chambres spacieuses, 2 salles de bain fonctionnelles, belle cuisine.
S'il fallait donner un seul petit inconvénient : nous étions 5 et ne pouvions pas manger ensemble puisqu'il n'y a qu'une petite table et 2 chaises en dehors de la cuisine.
