Quirky with delightful staff. Josh runs it well and is friendly and very helpful. Lots of added extras, especially for the visitor who runs out of toiletries etc.

Lots of character, very well furnished, lovely art.
The traffic noise was quite bad - maybe internal widows could be made better without removing the original external ones.

Good location on centre of town. Characterful room with all necessary facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Tea making facilities were available but available in the hallway. A kettle in the room would have been welcome.

Though extra, the breakfast was very good.
Very small room and no en suite. Drinks making equipment was on landing. Only one real ale which ran out after one drink.
