I really enjoyed staying at this property with my husband and our one-year-old baby. We checked in last minute, and the check-in process was very easy. Parking was also simple—we had no trouble finding a spot right near the property on a quiet street.
The house was very well equipped and even provided a baby bed, which made our stay much more comfortable. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful amenities, including tea, coffee, salt, pepper, pasta, and even pesto—such a pleasant surprise, especially since we arrived late. There were also shampoos provided and a smart TV, which made it feel like a home away from home.
The host was lovely, and communication throughout was very pleasant and smooth. I would definitely recommend this stay and would happily stay there again myself.

Die Ferienwohnung war einfach nur perfekt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Parkplätze waren auf der öffentlichen Straße genügend und kostenfrei vorhanden. Der Weg zu den Öffentlichen ist aber auch nicht weit ;).
Gerade an einem verregneten Wochenende konnte man es sich bei Kerzenschein und einem Glas Wein auf dem sehr bequemen Sofa gemütlich machen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und auch die Kopfkissen waren top, so dass man gut in den Tag starten und den zur Verfügung gestellten Kaffee genießen konnte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war jederzeit sehr nett und wir haben auf alle Fragen eine Antwort bekommen.
Wir werden noch lange von der tollen Ferienwohnung und unserem Aufenthalt in Chemnitz schwärmen.

Pěkný, tichý, čistý, dobře vybavený byt ve 3.NP po rekonstrukci. Byt 2+1 je v klidné ulici s bezproblémovým parkováním!!! V létě může přijít vhod balkon a ke snídani k dispozici čaj a instantní káva.
Check-in je bezkontaktní v čase dle potřeby a vstřícný majitel.
Vše bylo v pořádku.

Einfach alles.
Ich bin in die Wohnung, dritte Etage ( ohne Fahrstuhl) und habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt.
Es ist alles farblich abgestimmt. Super ordentlich und sauber. Eine unglaublich tolles Ambiente und alles vorhanden was man benötigt.
Das Bett, sehr, sehr bequem und im Schlafzimmer ist auch ein Beamer den man nurzen kann. Im Wohnzimmer ist Yoga Zubehör. Es steht Kaffee und Tee zur Verfügung. Selbst eine Flasche Wasser steht bereit 🤗
Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen.
Die Straßenbahn ist ca 5 Minuten Fußläufig zu erreichen, oder man läuft in die Stadt.
Es ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. Check in ohne Probleme und Check-Out ebenfalls. Sehr, sehr freundlicher Kontakt.
Es gibt nix zu beanstanden.
Menschen mit Einschränkungen, sollten nur wissen, die Wohnung befindet sich in der 3 Etage ohne Fahrstuhl.
