Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt Am Schwarzbach in Küchelscheid: Sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber, die uns den Aufenthalt so gut wie nur eben möglich gestalten wollten und viele Tipps für uns hatten. Die FeWo ist sehr ruhig gelegen, für 2 Personen mehr als geräumig, mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Abstellraum für die Bikes im Keller. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Sehr schöne Terrasse mit entsprechendem Mobiliar, Grill vorhanden. Schöner Blick ins Tal die zum Haus gehörende große Wiese. Bistro in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft; Supermarkt, Café und Restaurant in Kalterherberg in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Touren entlang des Vennbahn-Radwegs!
Kurz gesagt: Es war ALLES bestens. Hätte es ein Problem gegeben: Die Gastgeber wohnen in der Nähe und haben angeboten, sich sofort um alles zu kümmern, wenn etwas nicht gepasst hätte. - War aber nicht nötig ;-) Dass es in der Eifel und im Hohen Venn auch im Mai mal einen Tag lang kühl ist und regnen kann, gehört dazu und hat uns nicht gestört, es gehört einfach irgendwie dazu.
