The location and value for money. A female who greeted us and provided advice on what to do in Lyon was exceptional. Her command of English was excellent. The staff at this hotel and the proximity to things we wanted to see made Lyon a highlight of our time in France.

The hotel location is fine, rooms were clean & staff was super friendly especially the women in morning, I forgot her name.
The parking entrance is super narrow,
The room was quite warm even tho the AC was running,
Room felt small for 3 person. as we booked for 4 actually.
Lift is small.

It was OK, but there was no room in the restaurant during breakfast. I had to wait for some time to be seated. Also, breakfast was limited, so I had to eat just the sugary stuff (nutella, croissants etc).
