Very apprehensive given the previous reviews.
However the new owner very friendly and helpful. Explained key code and showed us to our room.
Yes it’s dated but obviously being done up.
Bed comfortable and clean . Room clean and tidy with coffee/tea making facilities.
Bath room needs updating but clean , with clean towels.

Needs a light at the top of the stairs to be able to see room keyhole at night . Showers need updating but clean.

It was in a good location
Small bathroom , needed renovation , foul smell coming from hot water maybe bacteria , smell of paint in lobby
