la casa è molto curata, completamente alla luce con veduta sulle vigne, davvero stupendo per vivere al meglio la Valpolicella, inoltre è a due passi dalle terme. Siamo stati per il ponte di Pasqua e ci hanno fatto trovare una composizione floreale a tema e una bottiglia di vino. Ci siamo sentiti super coccolati è stato un soggiorno fantastico sicuramente torneremo!

Sauber, neu, sehr gute Betten, sehr gut ausgestattet, gute Lage. Schöne Aussicht, ruhig. Sehr gutes W-LAN . Prima Vermieter, haben sich gekümmert und waren erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ja, die Fußbodenheizung ist nicht wie bei uns in Deutschland mit spürbar warmen Fliesen, aber es war nicht kalt. Zudem kann man mit der Klimaanlage auch zusätzlich heizen. Daher kann ich die Bewertung des anderen Gastes bezüglich Heizung und Kontakt mit den Vermietern nicht bestätigen. Bei uns lief alles einwandfrei sowohl Technik als auch die Kommunikation. Vielleicht benötigt der ein oder andere Gast eine intensivere Einweisung in die Wohnung, wie was funktioniert, da sich nicht alle auskennen. Für uns war alles bestens. Schade, dass der reservierte Parkplatz für die Unterkunft nicht auf dem abschließbaren Gelände ist. Gibt aber keinen Punktabzug.

Location, clean, good beds. This apartment is located in a quiet place close to Parco Thermale and easy acces to all destinations around. Is well equiped, a microwave would have complete the kitchen. We were in March, do not know if it is too hot in the summer but you have two aircond available.

Lack of Information about ajusting heating system, maybe preaheating the apartment before quests arrived would have helped as with two small kids the floor was cold for them, lacking info about garbage disposal procedures.Even after explaining them still they do not get it so I decide to write the full story so here it goes, it is a litle bit technical but inportant.The floor heating pipes water temperature was set very low, 27 degree, that is maintance mode not heating the floor, the actual floor temp was around 18-20 degree, with a temp outside of 3-4 degrees there was no proper heat from that system, using aircond to heat up was an poor alternative during the day, during the night we used the blankets as we usualy do. The water temp in the pipes needs to be set at 33-38 degrees to have a proper floor heating but the lady did not get it, she was telling us that the remote termostat indicates 20-21 degrees and that means everything is perfect. That temp on thermostat was actualy from the aircond set in heat mode blowing on the wall with the termostat, she refused to help us saying that wil cost her 80-100 euro to call for a tehnician. We had to talk with neighbours that gave us the key to reach the central gas heating system and adjust the floor water temp from 27 to 38 and after that the heating from the floor worked. Without the help of our neighbour and technical knowledge we were forced to use the aircond heating mode which also failed early on as the fuse blown. With the aircond on when we use the hair dryer after shower the fuse blown, My wife had to stay in cold, with wet hair, two hours after shower and again neighbours helped us with the keys so this time we can reach the fuses on the basement and restore electricity. The host also failed to tel us that the apartment has a 3kw fuse and you can not use at the same time the aircond, oven and hair dryer for example. Lucrezia unfortunately was not helping at all lacking understanding of the real problem.

Property was so well kept, even though it was new, host took care of almost everything. She was connected throughout our stay.

More cutlery would have been good but not mandatory.
