Our villa is situated directly above Lake Lucerne with a unique panoramic view of the lake and the mountains (Pilatus and Rigi) "Balm for the soul" The villa (155 m2) is attractively furnished. The kitchen and bathroom are equipped to a very high standard. The large sun terrace (45 m2, south-west facing) invites you to relax with its marvellous lake view, especially in the evening hours. And: Relax in the warm bath and enjoy the distant view of the lake and the impressive mountains in the panorama (Pilatus, Bürgenstock and the Rigi). An experience at any time of day. A small biotope (pond and flowering meadow) borders directly on the terrace. As the house is at the end of a private road, it is extremely quiet. The house and the location are particularly child-friendly. The house has two bedrooms, each with a double bed. In addition, two more people can sleep on the new large sofa bed on the gallery. The alpine pastures and mountains are a paradise for hikers. There are numerous restaurants and shopping facilities in the village and the surrounding area.
