Detached small building complex with 3 holiday flats on the outskirts of Eibenstock in the Westerzgebirge, quietly situated in a side street with little traffic.
Garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. 4 car parking spaces on the property.
The holiday home is about 67 m² (floor space) and has two floors, which are connected by a beautiful wooden staircase. On the ground floor there is a spacious living/kitchen area with sofa and coffee table, HD TV and music system. A wide, floor-to-ceiling window lets in plenty of light and can be closed with sliding shutters. A fireplace provides a cosy ambience and relaxation. The kitchen with large dining table is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. The bathroom with shower is modern and is located on the ground floor. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor. One large bedroom with a double bed and spacious wardrobes and one bedroom with two single beds. There is a desk in the gallery on the upper floor. The modern interior design, dominated by beautiful wood and friendly colours, creates a pleasant feel-good ambience to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Hiking and cycling directly from the property on an extensive network of trails in wooded surroundings. Modern adventure pool with unique sauna area - Badegärten Eibenstock - within walking distance. Wurzelrudis Erlebniswelt 1500 m, riding centre 2000 m and Ski-Alpin (ski arena) 1500 m away. Cross-country skiing on over 50 km of ski trails (Kammloipe) possible
