The flat is a jewel for those seeking peace and quiet, impresses with its location overlooking the greenery and is perfect for a couple, possibly with up to two children. Thanks to its central location in Vallemaggia, you can reach Locarno or Ascona quickly (11 km) and at the same time have numerous hiking and biking opportunities on your doorstep.
Interior: The studio is equipped with the latest modern furniture and has a separate entrance. A separate kitchen with dining table for 4 people, dishwasher, espresso machine and a cooker with oven invites you to cook and linger together. The living area with satellite TV, DVD and CD player and a small collection of books makes for cosy hours. The entire studio is fitted with light-coloured ceramic flooring and underfloor heating, creating a pleasant atmosphere. In addition to a double bed, there is also a sofa bed that can be converted into a full-size double bed.
