The flat on the first floor of a 3-storey building is located very close to the beach (200 m) in a quiet area, given the road has little traffic, and 500 m from the centre of Castiglione, which can also be reached on foot along the promenade.
Underneath the building there is the possibility of loading and unloading, but it is then necessary to park on the street or in a car park 50 metres away, both free of charge.
The flat is on one floor, about 70 square metres, and consists of the following rooms: a kitchenette with a cooker, sink and refrigerator, a living room, two bedrooms (a double room and a triple room with a double bed and a single bed), a bathroom with shower and bidet, and there is also a 10mt x 1,5mt terrace for the exclusive use of the flat. While on the top floor, on the roof of the building, there is a large terrace for the common use of the 6 flats in the building.
The beach is about 200 m away and can be reached on foot along a flat road. The town centre is 500 m away, but there are shops (bakery, pastry shop, fruit and vegetable shop, grocery) 100 m away in Piazza Gramsci.
The house does not have a lift. Cot and high chair available on request.
