This flat in the pretty town of Sipplingen has a wonderful location and is just a 5-minute walk from the shores of Lake Constance. The cosy terrace with barbecue is ideal for al fresco dining.
Up to 3 people can stay in the flat. It is located in a building that is over 300 years old and comprises a bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed. The open-plan living room includes a well-equipped kitchenette, perfect for preparing your own meals. A table and chairs are also provided.
A public park and a beach can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes. There are also numerous water sports facilities in the region, as well as the Lake Constance cycle path, which circles the entire lake.
There is a supermarket and numerous restaurants in Sipplingen. The nearest train station is just 200 metres away and provides easy access to the wider region. The city of Constance is only 40 minutes away by car.

Village description: Sipplingen is a small community that borders directly on Lake Constance. The village has a very beautiful town centre in which the holiday apartment is located. The bathing beach in Sipplingen is one of the most beautiful on Lake Constance and invites you to linger and swim with its meadows and good catering facilities. The beach is also open to the public and can be used free of charge. Sipplingen itself is surrounded by beautiful hiking trails that run through the orchards of the region and offer a varied panorama. In the village there is a bakery, a butcher, a village shop, a drinks shop, a post office, a newsagent and three very good restaurants, two of which are located directly on the lake. Water sports activities are available on the beach, which can be accessed directly at the DLRG centre.
