Alpine Poolside Escape in Fischen

The apartment ist located on the groundfloor of a well-kept building in a park. The apartment comprises a combined living/bedroom with a comfortable bed, dining table with four chairs, two comfortable armchairs, flatscreen TV with DVD and CD player. The modern furniture also offers sufficient storage room. The separate kitchen (no seating here) is equipped with a dish washer, fridge with a small ice box, stove and oven, toaster, coffee machine and water heater. The bathroom has daylight and comprises a tub with shower curtain, a commode and washbasin.The spacious terrace offers a view in west direction across pastures and meadows to the Allgäu Alps. The through road is about 500m distant. The terrace is equipped with an umbrella, a table and chairs.The indoor pool is accessible through the basement, you only have to share it with the other residents of the building. The water temperature is about 29°. The pool is closed during November until middle of December for cleaning. The just renovated sauna (coin operated) is located next to the pool. After reserving you have the sauna all for yourself and do not have to share it with others. A door opens directly to the pool area. Also in the basement you will find a laundromat, also coin-operated. There is also a separate parking space. Oberstdorf, the center of Allgäu, is about 7 km away, there you will find skiing resorts and walking and climbing paths. The closest cross country ski track is about 200m away from the apartment and is groomed, weather permitting. The center of Fischen is about 700m away.The recommended occupation is two persons, for a third person, preferably a child, we will provide a spare bed. Also baby cot and high chair are available. The price for a third person amounts to 15 EUR and has to be paid on arrival.Towels, bed linens and tea towels are provided as well as bathing robes and towels for pool.
